Breaded Camemberts (Serves 4)
Breaded Camemberts
2 Good, mature French camemberts
1 Bag of bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1 Large tablespoon of assorted, fresh herbs (coriander-parsley-chive-dill)
Pepper to taste
Lots of Paltita avocado oil
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, add the finely chopped herbs.
Introduce  the camemberts in the egg beat and allow them to marinate for a couple of minutes.
In a deep frying pan, heat the avocado oil to 160 ºC. approximately.
Place the cheeses in a bowl with the breadcrumbs and make sure the crumbs cover the cheeses completely. 
Put the cheeses in the pan with the hot oil and fry them until they are golden on all sides.
Remove the cheeses and divide each in eight portions and serve.


Serve with green seedless grapes and berries.
