Caracoles Gigantes de Pasta (6 personas)
Giant Pasta Snails
500 gr. Giant pasta shells
500 gr. Salmon
200 gr. Ricotta cheese
2 Spoonfuls of herbs, finely chopped
Grated cheese
300 gr. Tomato sauce
Salt, white pepper
Paltita avocado oil
Clean the salmon and place it in a frying pan with a generous amount of hot avocado oil.
Crumble the salmon with a fork as it fries.
When the salmon is half fried, blend in the ricotta cheese and mix with the salmon until you get a soft paste.
Pour in some more avocado oil and add salt, pepper, grated cheese and fine herbs; set aside.
Cook the pasta in a pan with abundant boiling water, for approximately 12 minutes.
Once cooked, stop the process by passing the shells through cold water, and dry.
Fill the dry pasta shells with salmon paste, place them in an oven dish and put them in a hot oven for 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce. Once ready, pour the tomato sauce on the dishes and place the pasta shells on top.
Drizzle some avocado oil over the dish and decorate.
